Bad Company 2 Retains PC Popularity

March 6, 2010

Battlefield has always belonged to the PC rather than consoles. It was shaped on PC, played on PC and originally it was only available for PC. However, most games that were like this at one point tend to be more successful on consoles than their PC counterparts. It looks like this isn’t true with Battlefield: Bad Company 2 though.

Barrie Tingle, the associate producer at DICE, has revealed that the PC version of the game has sold more then the PS3 and X360 version combined. It’s rather odd for this to happen but it’s nice to see PC games getting a little bit more love than usual (Even if I’m not a PC gamer myself).
